Making huli pudi

Huli Pudi
Coriander 1 cup
Red Chile 1 ½ cup
Urad Dhal 1 tablespoon
Channa Dhal 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon 2 of 1” pieces
Jeera 2 tablespoons
Marati Moggu 1 (optional)
Asafoetida A little bit
Grated Dry Coconut 1 cup
Preparation

• Fry everything separately
• Fry the coconut to a light brown color
• Finally, powder it
